Here is something I have noticed in bigger churches more so, that during worship the Worship Leader/s and Bvs tend to stand there with eyes closed arms raised off in there own world. My frustration is also my humble opinion. 1. We are meant to lead from the platform. 2. We have churched and unchurched in our services, if I am saying to myself what are they doing where are they going with this I can assure you the unchurched will be having the same thoughts. Have we then not failed in what is meant to be corporate worship? Why is there a culture of church just come with us they did get there at 6am sunday morning for 2hours of soundcheck and been listening to the songs learning and getting them into their hearts and minds. Its 9am we now have 20mins of worship to get that across.
