Now let me say this, if this happen on the same day or within 90 days of this shooting, if I am the defense attorney I want the jury to see this video of the large teenager attacking this small store keeper, taking this box of cigars. Now dont get me wrong he was a jack @#$, for doing this, you dont take stuff from people, stealing is wrong sane members agree. But again doesnt give the cops a reason to shoot you for j walking and mouthing off. So this puts doubt in the jurys mind, did he really go for the gun now? This is one big mess.
