Here is what open Ballroom/Latin dance competitions look like in Europe now. Many of the competitors are old friends of mine from the queer dance scene in London. I was on the ground floor of that movement which I miss more than anything else (except close friends, of course). As one of the competitors, Heather Devine, said: Sharing a lovely video of the start of the second half of yesterdays competition. I think it is lovely to see the whole range of competitors, of different countries, genders, clothing styles, shapes, sizes, and ages and the enthusiasm of the extremely appreciative audience. Well done Pandans for organising a great and friendly day!
