Here it is! Dear Mrs Thomas Further to your query the quotation for the Christmas lighting at Port Talbot Civic Centre square is £16,195 plus vat. An allowance has been made of £1,000 for materials if as a result of testing the decorations in the workshop results in repairs, refurbishment or renewals as experienced in previous years. In addition a provisional sum of £500.00 has been allowed for electricity consumption. This prices includes all testing,repairs, erection dismantling and returning to NPT stores at the end of the Christmas period. Excluded from the above is any outages after the initial switch on inspection that occurs. Any subsequent outages or repairs that occur that you request to be undertaken will be charged at £55.02/hr inclusive of tower + vat,plus material costs. As you can appreciate the time factor is now becoming critical. I understand that a tree is going to be installed w/c 10th November and is programmed to be ready for illumination by Friday 14th November 2014.
