UMC + Clean Eating (healthy starches) = +3 UMC + Poor Eating = 0 Cardio Only + Clean Eating (no starches) = +2 Cardio Only + Poor Eating = 0 Weights Only + Clean Eating (no starches) = +2 Weight Only + Poor Eating = 0 No Exercise + Clean Eating (no starches) = +1 No Exercise + Poor Eating = -2 15 or more points in a week = Outstanding 10-14 points in a week= On the Right Track 9 or less= You can do better
