Really when it comes to products made with corn or soybean bought in the USA you are now guaranteed what you are buying is in fact GMO unless it has been voluntarily labelled as Non-GMO - so for those of us aware of this issue there really there isnt any pressing labeling law needed as unless you see that distinction you can be 95% sure you are eating GMOs. (e.g. soy based veggie burgers commonly found in grocery stores made by Morning Star, Boca and Garden Burger - all are GMO.
