Heres what Ive done to make this easier. I have a huge bowl of salad mix, along with mixed baby greens, just sitting in the fridge. I cut up a bunch of different veggies, bell pepper, cucumber, celery, green onion, mushroom, and tomato and put them each in their own bowl. Then I cook proteins and use my food scale to measure out the right portion of meat. I fill up on salad and have a serving of fruit or yogurt with each meal. Its been much easier than I anticipated and also nice because I can switch up my salads so I dont get bored.
