Here’s a quick look of our control room where we build ukuleles. We control both temperature and humidity so that the ukuleles are build within the climate range control. We keep the instruments built in a 45% to 55% humidity range. The temperature is around 72-77 Fahrenheit (23-25 Celsius). There should be no major problems when we export them to other countries. Woods are kiln dried by the wood sellers and we continue to keep them air dried for a long period of time before cutting them into billets. Then the wood billets are kept in this control room several months before we pull them out. The second control room is located by the spray room where we keep the finish dried over there during the process of sanding and spraying finish. This is to ensure that the finish would cure properly. All ukuleles we make come with a warranty. If there’s a defect from materials or craftsmanship, we would repair or replace the instrument for our customers.
