Hermit Crabs are Crazy!!! We got Angelina two this year as they need company. WELL tlFriday at 4:35 am I hear scratching noises coming from under my bed, hubby is snoring away, I freak out thinking it is a mouse, I call fir the cat and he pops out from under bed so I think I was him making that noise. I go back to bed. At 5:15 am I hear the kids again and Im about to look for the cat but he is sleeping next to hubby so now a I freak out!!! I wake the hubby and screach like a harpy its a mouse omg its a mouse!!! The hubby is not happy Im waking hi up on his one day off so he grumbles and looks for the mouse as I slam the door and hide in the hallway. He yells at the cat that its the cats job if its a mouse and Im crazy to think its a mouse as the cat would do his job. I go to Angel as room and their I see it ..... The Hermit Crab Cage is OPENED and EMPTY!!!! So I tell hubby its the hermit crabs ... He says Im crazy as the crabs cant open the cage and drop down from a dresser and walk down the hallway to our room .... But he moves the night stand and sees the one hermit crab !!! Perfectly healthy no cracks in shell and trying to climb th wall!!! We star looking for the other one and couldnt find. Till lat testerday!! This one had a crack on the shell but she was healthy otherwise and changed her shell last night...... We got new cage . Crazy Hermit Crabs!
