Hey Everyone, A week or so ago I posted a questionnaire to help us see what we need to do in order to help everyone . We have an opportunity to go to D.C. and participate in a public policy forum on digestive disease and your input would really help us it will be two days of meetings including panel discussions and house and senate congressional visits. It is really important for us to succeed in helping everyone with CP to be armed with information that is important to all of you. Please take the time to fill it out and you can add anything you think is important to the bottom of the page.
