My company works with local home improvement retail stores and we are looking for motivated, energetic individual to work 10-20 hours a week (Saturdays and Sundays a must) in a retail environment. The job involves talking to customers while they are shopping and offering them the opportunity to receive a no cost estimate on how they can save money with a new heating or cooling system. Your schedule will be somewhat flexible and the pay is hourly with bonuses, making your earning potential uncapped. Lead Generation or sales experience is a plus but not required. Great part-time job for semi-retired individuals! We will train the right people. Currently we have many openings available. The right candidate will: -Be available to work weekends, and some evenings. This is a high traffic time and best time to get leads -Enjoy talking and helping people. -Work independently. -Desire to learn and develop new skills. -Enjoy earning money with uncapped potential. While this is a part-time job, the pay has both a generous hourly wage and additional commissions based on appointments set. The more qualified leads you generate, the more you earn! Job requirements include: -Must be able to be active on your feet on a retail floor 4-6 hours at a time. -Must be able to pass a criminal background check. -Retail and/or sales experience preferred. -Have reliable transportation.
