Hey George, we had a Hurricane that Was More Powerful Than Typhoon Haiyan at Landfall, Back in 1969. We named her Hurricane Camille, and her Sustained winds were clocked at 210 with 230+mph gusts. She scared the crap out of me as an 11 year old kid!
