Hey! Weve got a spare room! (550 all bills included) Its a two bedroom flat with a large garden, kitchen - attached to a seating and tv space, there is also a laundry room attached (with a second toilet). Theres a bathroom downstairs with a good shower/bath. Next to it, is the bedroom. Its in the basement so it has no windows, but its large with a double bed. Theres also a bit of water damage in the room, on the wall, but it is being fixed asap (as weve just moved in and havent gotten to it) -- Sorry for the room photos, were planning on putting the bed frame together and the room opens up when you put the bed against the radiator. Were also planning on painting the green in the kitchen and putting a table in the kitchen as josh will put one of the couches in his room. Its a 2 bedroom, one basement - so youd be sharing with my housemate, Josh and I. We also have a handsome cat named Chester! Its about a 3 min walk to Clapton station and it goes to Liverpool Street. The buses 253 and 254 about a minute away. Loads of restaurants and shops also about a minute away. Hackney Central isnt too far as well. Let me know!
