Hey all. :) After a long summer and much deliberation, Ive decided to re-launch this page. Im not sure what the posts will look like ahead of this, nor my outcome. What I am focusing on more than ever, is the entirety of fitness. Its been quite the struggle this summer figuring out my direction or what I want to do. The only conclusion I have, is to keep going.
