Hey all! First heres some background: Im a gay guy originally from Tennessee. Ive lived in San Francisco for about 8 years now. I love the city but its time for me to move on with the next chapter of my life so Im moving in Feb/March of next year and need to save up some money before that happens; for a car and rent/deposit (all that jazz). I want to split my 1 bedroom apartment on Nob Hill with someone. Im looking for someone whos in a similar situation who just needs to save some money for a few months. The unit extremely cute (typical SF victorian-esque), clean and well maintained. The privacy is a little limited because of the floor plan but Im not home much so it shouldnt be an issue. It would be perfect for someone moving to SF and wanting to save a little money and look for a permanent spot or someone who just needs cheap(er) rent for a bit. I have a fully furnished kitchen and wifi/tv. The apartment is on Nob Hill; walking distance to Polk St, Union Sq, Financial District, North Beach, Tenderloin, Muni/Cable Cars and Silicon Valley Shuttles.
