Hey and good evening to everyone! After the whirlwind night I had last night with the truly awesome surprise 40th birthday party my family and friends threw for me, we had a fairly low-key day today. Joannes cousin, Kathy, and her daughter, Rosanna, came for an overnight visit last evening into this morning. They brought WONDERFUL linzer torte cookies from the Neptune Diner in Newburgh, NY. They are seriously one of the best desserts of all time (they are the round, powdered sugar-coated, cookies in the photos with the raspberry filling in the middle). Yum! After they left, my sister-in-law, Jayme, and I went to a baby shower for a friend, Hannah. It was so nice to spend time with her, her family, and friends! And finally, this evening it was bath time for Estelle. She is ridiculously cute, even while getting a bath! Enjoy the pics and have a beautiful evening.
