Hey everyone, Ashbys is vying for a $150K grant for small businesses from Chase Bank. This is NOT like the last competition where it will be a dogfight til the bitter end and she with the most votes wins. They are giving away 3 million dollars to 20 businesses. The deal is that we need 250 votes to qualify, then the panelists take 3 months to read though the answers to the questions about who we are, what we do, what we will use the grant money for and how we give back to the community. Ashby Confections would very much like to win one of these grants so we could do some serious marketing, upgrade our website, upgrade our equipment and purchase equipment to make some items that we are not able to make at this time.
