Hey guys :D I started a hooping group on facebook last Thursday called We Flow As One. The concept is to have 1 song each week that everyone hoops to. At the end of the week we make a compilation video of all the videos that were submitted for the past week. OUR FIRST COMPILATION IS HERE! AND IT IS JUST AS AWESOME AS I DREAMED! I created the group because I wanted to show how dynamic and unique hula hooping can be. Watch our video. I promise you will be inspired.
