Hey stop dont be haters, yes I defiantly judge anyone that asks for a Malibu & coke or a beer, I ask you, regardless of if youre being asked for a glass of water or an old fashioned (worthy of its homage to the classics) if you still cant help but make it the best, most balanced glass of god damn water she is ever likely to taste! Tell me you cant help but do it well? Because if thats what they wanna drink, at least lets make it perfect! Without a doubt the fluidity & precision of your service is the one thing they will spend the rest of theyre drinking days trying to get other less (lets say), experienced bartenders trying to recreate! Regardless of the content. Get over yourselves and just be brilliant! Oh and can I have a glass of water please. Chink!
