After I taught English for several years, I went back to school to gain a doctorate in Education and then went on to teach at University for many years. In all my years as an educator, one thing became extremely clear to me ... people want, need, and deserve encouragement and inspiration. Without an uplifting environment, folks just dont learn or perform as well, over a long term. So this was and is a hallmark of my work.
