Hi Cozy Readers! I hope yall are enjoying a fantastic Saturday!! Im spending mine with my husband, John :) One Cozy Reader has some thoughts on the Jessica Beck Donut Shop series: I have a question/discussion for everyone...I know a whiles back we discussed if a book cover influenced your decision to read a book. I think the general consensus was that it did, to a degree. That being said, one of my favorite cozy series (and the first one I read which got me in to the genre) is the Jessica Beck Donut Shop series. I have read up until Illegally Iced, the last one published by a publishing house. I have downloaded books 10, 11, 12, and am about to download 13, but I have been prioritizing other books ahead of them, because now that they are ebooks only, they have very homemade looking covers, and I cant help but think that the series will just not be the same! Has anyone read the later books (ebook only) in this series that can weigh in and tell me if its still the same? Has anyone read the last few ebooks and have any thoughts on the covers, and whether the last few books are as good as the previous books? I must say, I have none of these books because the covers do not appeal to me. I have always been a cover person, and gorgeous covers are a huge deal to me! Lets Chat! Linda
