Hi Everyone! Ive been slow to post this week. Better late than never ;) Here is a video piece from Kelly Starrett and gymnastics coach Carl Paoli. Carl can also be found at gymnasticswod. Kelly starts by talking about the importance of keeping the spine stable while under load and then gets specific about how that relates to the head/neck during exercise. The great thing about this information is that you dont have to be an athlete for this to be appropriate or applicable to you. These are also postural concepts and they apply to basic human movement.
