An other good initiative by ELLTA, You may be aware of work through ELLTA (i.e. Exploring Leadership and Learning Theories in Asia), an academic, international initiative that we co-founded and which has received much wider appreciation and recognition internationally and especially in the Asian region. This experience has added unique dimensions to their earlier experience of two decades of work with the public and private Education Sector in Pakistan.
