Hi Guys. I just want to share our experience in Baler this last Dec 27-29. Please dont book with Pacific Waves Inn. They do double bookings. Like us, 3 Rooms fully paid since September, then when we arrived, we dont have rooms. We arrived 4pm. A young employee asked us to stay in the other resort. Not yet fully operational. No TV, no Bed Frames. The owner is not around. We were told that he is in Manila but in fact he is just in Baler hiding in his house. Im with 2kids, 1Sr, and 1Stroke patient. 7:30pm when we decided to settle in a transient house. I demanded for half refund but the owner thru his employee, told us only 25%. But I did not agreed. After all the stress and very low quality of service. Please also take note that all the pictures in the website are photoshopped to make the place look nice.
