Hi Mom, Im writing this on the assumption you dont know whats happening in our lives.(For sure I cant say, but, I have a feeling you know everything) Its been a year since my last letter. Theres been surprise and heartbreak since. I married my Princess. You knew her & loved her from years ago. Although the marriage came to an end, I will say that my time with my Princess was the greatest time of happiness in my life. I wish her to find even greater happiness on her journey because she deserves it.. Mom, I wish you were here. Youd pray a hole in the sky for Herbert. He and Gail along with Kaci have fought the good fight of Faith. Gail takes constant care of him day & night ! She never stops. Shes awesome as a Wife, Mom, Mimi & Sister !!!Herbert promised us hed fight this thing. Id never known him to back away from anything before. Ive known him since the days of Central Assembly Of God in Ft Worth where Josephine Flippin was the Pastor and Herbert would stand up and quote scripture @ 9 & 10 years old. Charlotte calls them 2 or 3 times weekly and tells Herbert how much she loves him. Shes a great Sister to Gail and the rest of us. Greg has worn himself out taking care of me. I feel so inadequate but, hes the greatest Brother in the world. He works all day and stays up at night rubbing my legs so I can sleep. He gets very little sleep. I wished things were different, but Im still believing Ill walk again ! Mom, its been 11 years since I kissed your sweet face, your precious hands @ Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. Saying goodbye to you was the hardest thing Ive ever done. It tiook time for me to let go. Tell Dad that well be coming Home soon. I feel Jesus return is nigh upon us. I love you Mom.
