Hi everyone! Im brazilian student, currently studying in Budapest as exchange student and I live in a 6-bedroom apartment in Budapests center, which will have 5 bedroom available for the next semester. All the bedroom are big and furnished. The apartment is located at Jozsef korut, just beside the metro 4 station (Rakoczi ter) and in front of the the tram 4/6 station (which runs 24/7). Blaha Lujza station (metro 2) and Corvin-Negyed station (metro 3) are 5 minutes walking from here (or 1 and 2 tram stations, respectively). There are two banks close the apartment (one CIB Bank in the same corner and an OTP across the street), mini-market across the street, pharmacy behind it, a 24-hour mini market very close and a Market Hall at Rakoczi ter. The price is 255€/month + bills and common costs. The contract is until next June. Now, the only certain flatmate is me but Im looking for cheerful and nice people, who will not only share an apartment but also be part of this nice time here.
