Hi everyone, gotta tell you I am feeling completely defeated tonight!! Sent a batch of emails yesterday to all the addresses we have, they all got forwarded to one person. I had a long conversation with a nice lady named Diane Martin today , her job is to deal with issues such as ours. She was attentive and listened to all my comments and suggestions and in the end basically told me that the decision is final and will not be changed. I said...so basically that means that the Disney Corporation does not care what their guests want!! She did not disagree with me:(. I told her how Off Kilter sets the mood for any visit to EPCOT and told her that the buzzing of chain saws will set my teeth on edge!! I also told her that it felt like the magic has been ripped out of me and that I am looking at things a bit differently these days. She told me to have a magical day...I think not :(
