Hi folks, Im new to this group and thought Id introduce myself as well as post a song. Im 52 years old, I used to work at CWU (if you ever took a Distance Ed class in the past 10 years, you probably have seen me) but Ive been on disability for the past 3 or 4 years because of a bad back. Im not really looking to join a working band (Ill leave that for the younger crowd), but Im always open to collaborating on songwriting and recording. I have my own home studio, which is pretty decent IMHO, and write and record my own songs. Im pretty good at writing, okay at playing, and my singing abilities are questionable at best (LOL!)....thus the wish to collaborate with other musicians, especially singers interested in helping me record some songs. So thanks for reading and its an honor to be in a group with such a talented bunch of people. Heres a song I recently wrote about living in the beautiful Kittitas Valley. Its called Grey Blues and Golden Violets. Sometimes it loads the wrong song. Its NOT the one called Flayrobs Askew On Treddle.
