Hi guys, I have a problem with my landlord and I was wondering if anyone could help me with the legal regulations. So the situation is like this: I signed a rental agreement back in November. Now my girlfriend was visiting me for 3,5 weeks in February and March. My landlords now want to charge me an ADDITIONAL 400$, calling this a couple price for a month. I finally got my hands on the rental agreement and the wording in the section Occupants and guests is like this: 1) The landlord must not stop the tenant from having guests under reasonable circumstances in the rental unit. 2)The landlord must not impose restrictions on guests and must not require or accept any extra charge for daytime visits or overnight accommodation of guests. [...]. So this leads me to the conclussion, that I dont have to pay those extra 400$, although the kinda squishy wording reasonable circumstances gives me a little headache. Also I am not a native English speaker, so I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out a little bit on this. Thank you very much in advance!!
