Hi guys, ive not posted anything on here as of yet but follow everything from afar. Im not a freeman yet as i fully want to understand everything before i take that step, none the less i have a problem that im hoping someone can advise me on. I know its a silly problem so i apologize if it looks like a time waster but im been railroaded by a dog warden/ ex police man and i want to know exactly where i stand and what i need to read up on to be able to defend my self. I got sent a letter on the 26th of june saying i was in court on the 4th of july but only received this summons to a care of address yesterday which gives me little time to prepare myself. This guy is a liar on a power trip with no evidence and i was walking with my partner who is equally disgusted with his lies. i dont want to go on so if anyone can help me give me a shout and i will give a full explanation .... many many thanks, this is my first court appearance and im a little nervous, i want to be fully prepared so i dont shoot myself in the foot HELP :)
