Hi guys, just a quick update. We had a meeting with PC Berry and Tony Pinder(ground safety officer) this morning to discuss the route, time, where we can and cannot protest dos and donts etc. They have both been very helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to Tony Pinder for lifting my ban on entering the ground due to the tennis ball demo. So it will be 1pm from the saddle pub on whitegate drive, onto park road and then onto Bloomfield road. We cant call it a march as such as no notice was given to the council so we will be calling it a stroll. We also have to stick to the pavements and cant venture out on to the road for the same reason given above. We cant protest on BFC land I.e car parks etc. However we can protest infront of the west stand where the palm trees are as thats a public footpath. You will notice a red line on the day where the footpath is marked out. We are hoping as stated in the OP to have a mock up 8 a side football match against Burnley fans with no keepers so that the media will pick up on. That will all depend on how much space there is on the car park. We will also be going around with collection buckets for the Gary Parkinson fund(we need some volunteers to help with this please?) The money will then be passed over to Thommos daughter so that she can add it to the fund via her dad. We also need some volunteers to help steward this stroll as well please? Contact me if you can help on the day please?
