Hi guys sorry weve been behind answering many of your queries. With regards to the social pack for CUIMUN the payment of £35 consists of a black tie champagne reception on friday with nibbles, a full 3 course meal in a cambridge college (wine inclusive unlike OXIMUN!) and free entry into a club afterwards. I highly encourage you to buy one of the social packs, MUNs compete on the quality of their socials and it can be a deciding factor including for yours truly in choosing to attend a conference. Beyond that they are a great chance to get to know your colleges and are preferable to spending the evening early in bed. Secondly accomodation, Im sorry to inform you that you will have to search for your own accomodation in Cambridge. With so many people going and payment expected up front, for money this society doesnt have, this is the easiest option. We will be posting a list of possible accomodation tonight on this page. If anyone knows of any other options for places to stay please make that known in the comment section and if anyone has family or friends in or near cambridge and can support a couple of our members staying there we would very much welcome that initiative!
