Hiking the trails and taking pictures of anything that seems pretty to me like stacks of firewood, a hollowed out old beech tree that seems like such a cool hide out for an owl or something wild (I stuck my head in but apparently no one was home :), an old fence row at the edge of the woods that serves no purpose except to tell a tale that long ago horses or cows roamed near the edge of the woods here. How quickly the woods recaptures the land when left untouched by man. You would never know this was part of a field before.
