Hire professional artists! Check their background, training, or references if you are not in the circus arts and do not know how to read a demo video. And, budding artists -- **do not be in a rush to perform**. This girl is okay, but she could have broken her neck. And, its not just aerial, same goes for fire artists. One false move with fire and more lives are at risk than just the performers. Scary. (You can skip to about 1:50 for the incident, but Id suggest watching the whole thing to see what an inexperienced, under-trained silks performer looks like.)
