As a Director of E-Distribution, your key responsibility is to lead and drive the electronic distribution for Rotana Hotels by managing directly the ASO EDS Teams in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi and for international hotels in coordination with Revenue Directors, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: • Be in charge of all OTAs accounts with quarterly reviews on production, content, parity, ranking and new selling tools • Proper handling of the channel manager and direct connect interfaces • Source new OTAs contracts in different new source markets and be in charge of GDS production, content and proper rate loading • Initiate and approve GDS campaigns at company and hotel level along with the Director of Revenue - Corporate • Ensure proper GDS placements in place for all hotels and check for new slots availability • Manage Consortia account with quarterly review and initiate new marketing opportunities • Compile and analyze month end reports of electronic channel contribution and production • Set up action plans with EDS Managers for UAE and Revenue Directors for international hotels to ensure third party channels are optimized • Lead the RFP process along with the Area Directors of Sales for UAE and DOS for international hotels to ensure proper handling and increase the number of new leads and acceptance ratio • Provide training as required to ensure all channels are optimized Job Details Date Posted: 2013-09-04 Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Role: Other Company Industry: Hospitality/Tourism/Travel Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Apply Now - Jobs in UAE - Other Jobs in UAE - Search All Jobs Apply here >> bit.ly/15YAzmb
