This time of year at minus 20 degree, it would best for teaching of inner heat yoga. At the same time, as many lay devotees also requested His Holiness to give public teaching, His Holiness could not refuse and decided to extend the teaching schedule to include a few days of teaching to the public, starting today on the holy day of Guru Padmasambhava, along with Grand Ganachakra Puja. The authority had been very busy clearing the road since yesterday as it was snowing badly. Ladakh had no snow until recently. Ladakh needs snow during the winter, as the melting snow later on will provide water to the entire region throughout the year. Yesterday, the people of Ladakh were so happy, despite the weather forecast saying that there would not be snow, it was snowing badly and people believe that it was the blessing of the protectors who were overwhelmed with joy about the events soon to take place. On the day of His Holinesss arrival, it was supposed to be snowing according to weather forecast, but the sky was blue and clear.
