Hiya everybody, Im looking for someone to rent out my room from January onwards, with the lease on our flat running until September. Im going on a university placement to Germany for a year so will be renting out my room. For the reasonable price of £340/month, you will have the pleasure of living alongside 4 other students, three of which are in third year at Edinburgh University, with the fourth currently applying to do a PhD. Its a really nice, cosy flat on Viewforth, with a nice shared kitchen/living room. We often eat together so theres a lovely communal atmosphere. The flat has a brand new boiler so its warm (!!!) and the landlady is really nice and attentive. There are two showers and one toilet, which are all fitted with modern appliances. In terms of the room, Ive just put up a new bed, and theres another desk in the flat that can be moved in if you dont fancy a door. All the things on the wall have been taken down too.
