Hm… To be honest I have never crocheted butterflies before. But I decided to make one. I searched for some patterns to see what the examples can be and what I can do myself. I was really drowned in this fantastic world of fragile wings and unbelievable weaves. But no butterfly was just the same as I wanted it to be. And then I thought of making wings of four paisleys! They look very much like the butterflys wings. It took me some time to decide in which way all four wings should be joined to each other and what angles should be between them. And I like this variant most of all. Now it is only needed to crochet a thin butterfly’s body and a nice decoration for a pillowcase will be ready! What do you think?
