Hmmmm...a friend of mine just had the measles.Yes he had been vaccinated...and it went away all by itself in under a week. He was the only one in his house to get it. Not his kids or his wife. He said it actually wasnt even that big a deal. He was just very itchy. No disrespect to the very small percentage of people who experience complications from a previously common disease which used to be more of an annoyance than a reasonable fear for ones life....but check out this reality check from 1969. A glimpse in the past of how households used to treat common illnesses such as the measles before we experienced the luxury of fearing for our lives in our first world vaccinated country... Every kid in their house gets it. NOBODY PANICKED! The entire episode is about the parents trying to choose between two doctors! Greg: Boy this is the life isnt it?
