Hmmmm.......this is going to sound like im badmouthing this company but I feel like I should share my experience. I got an estiment to get my motorcycle carb rebuilt. It was $250. Well I also wanted an estiment on istalling my gas tank. The deadline for work came and went by two days. I called them up and they asked what I wanted to do w my guages.........what guages I replied. It turned out they had taken my old gas tank off and they were half way through when I stopped by. So since they had already started without getting the ok, I figured I would be charged for it even if I had them put the old one back on. Then the wiring had to be adressed for the dummy guages, and starter switch. I put a $400 deposit on the bike thinking I would get change back even with the tank install.................. Total bill $1220.00 When I got on the bike to take off it has part of the same issue it had when I dropped it off..........studdering and sputtering until you get into the throttle for a little bit. I will admit when I went back in to tell them of the issue (I never left the lot) they offered to fix it but they wanted me to take it home for a while..............im never going back. Look at the custom mounts that were made for the tank.........the back one is prob 1 1/4 diameter tubing and the front one is flat metal shaped like a u. 3 hrs of CUSTOM labor were paid for that. And tbey used a gloss black paint on my lower gloss black paint. U guys think I should say who the shop was?
