Holding a grudge hurts you and everyone else. Bitterness is an acid that destroys the container. Hate hurts the hater. Ephesians 4:32 Bitterness: Let it go!! Trust God to do His Work. Forgiveness means releasing revenge. (Wishing Bad Karma = Bitterness.) As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive. (Genesis 50:20 NASB) Cleave to Gods promise of His Divine Purpose. Joseph went from the pit, to the prison, to the palace. And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28 NASB) Face Lifes pain knowing that though the storm is huge, God is bigger still. Help us to live forgiving and to be tender hearted. Help us to know You, to honor You and to truly trust You.
