Holding a lower bracket slow pitch tournament in boomer on August 24th which is a Sunday. Entry fee is $125. All proceeds of this tournament is going to be donated to the Dotson family. Their son is battling leukemia and could use this money to help with their finances. Using classic M ball. 3 home runs a game. Everyone after that ends the inning. If we can get at least 8 teams will be double elimination. If less then will be split into 2 pools and each team will play everyone in their pool to determine their seedlings for a single elimination tournament. (3 guaranteed games). Each game will have an hour time limit or 7 innings which ever comes first. There will also be a consession stand. The more teams the better. Also having a corn hole tournament while the games are going on. Probably startin around noon or so. This will be double elimination and will cost 10 dollars per team. The prize money depends on how many teams enter. Since this is a charity tournament the winner will win a trophy instead of cash.
