I made 3 with my mix and all up total cost would be no more than $7 and that leaving 3 sheets if puff pastry for something else- INGREDIENTS: 500g sausage mince at woolies or Coles for around $3 3 sheets of thawed ready made puff pastry 1 onion Finely diced 1 grated carrot 2 teaspoons crushed garlic Salt and pepper to taste METHOD: Mix all ingredients together and add 1/3 of mix on each sheet of pastry and roll then place on large greased oven tray. Bake for 25 mins at 180 degrees.
