Honestly must say that Im mildly terrified and equally excited for the week thats to come.. Yes no Sunday we are dropping off the boys to their aunts and heading to Cincinnati..Monday morning bright and early sissy is having a fairly major surgery in my eyes she is getting her tracheostomy and gtube..both of these things but mainly the trach scares me but I know she needs it and the girl I will see after the one that thrives and grows because she doesnt have any trouble eating or breathing will bring tears of pure happiness to my eyes but its gonna require a lot of training and a lot of our time and I just want to be able to do it successfully and with ease and I want our family together for the holidays...we will find out a lot.. As far as will she need oxygen still after the trach.. Will she need and/or have a feeding pump for home.. How to attempt to feed her with the cleft palate bottles...there will be so much but I know I can do this just have to do it and then it will become a completely normal routine and everything will be perfectly fine... Praying that my angel gets through this next hurdle real easy and everything will be smooth for awhile before her next surgery in 8 months for her palate repair...
