Hooray!!! We got the house, with a counter at the same price we originally offered, just subject to: the seller procuring a house within 2 weeks and possesion 2 weeks after closing, in which they would have to pay us rent of $40.00 per day. Which is fine with us, since we werent going to move in for another 29 days. We wanted to move things slowly and get it painted our colors first. I will be independant and mobile in another 6 weeks in my forever home. I am so happy, I think I will take a nap. Exhausted.
