Hope that you had a lovely holiday and the way the schedule looks--one can tell that summer is over and work picks up. Only one presentation this week in Holland on Conserve-Water Gardening--aka Xeriscape/Drought Hardy gardening. I absolutely love that city and plan to stop at my favorite spots along the way and while there. As soon as I return, will need to get busy to prepare for the Special Senior luncheon at church. Working on a new Attracting Birds to your Backyard presentation for later in month in Ypsilanti; Getting Garden Ready for winter for the Township; then a few days later an apron presentation in Monroe. And of course, the ole calendar includes meetings in Lansing, 2 in Dearborn, 1 in Ypsilanti, and 2 in Ann Arbor. Will be going on a special historical dinner cruise on Detroit River later this month---always love cruising that River and learn much. Detroit has a most interesting history. Took two Discovery cruises this summer on it and as always, learned much about nature and of course, history. Yep, summer is over, but it has been a good one. Surely is nice having a reliable computer back. The problem was traced to my surge protector---it evidently took a hit. Technician bypassed the cable from it and it ceased dropping the line. Who would ever have thought..... Well, nightie night and have a good week.
