Case Manager: Differential Response Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, human services, education, or related field, with 2 years intensive case management experience, social service delivery, program management. Excellent knowledge of local resources; computer literate with excellent writing skills. Job Description: Provide intensive case management and family support to a caseload of 20-25 cases at a time. Must be an independent worker, able to prioritize work needs, multi-task, manage large and ever-changing case loads, including keeping up with case notes, data entry, and Federal, State, County, and internal reporting. Must be comfortable with home visiting. Candidate must demonstrate ability to interact in a professional manner with outside agencies, including School District, Department of Family Services, Family Court, and other supportive services. Attendance at collaborative meetings is required. Candidate must possess superior communication skills, as well as the ability to objectively assess family needs, strengths, and protective factors. Bilingual preferred. Candidate must possess current Nevada ID, registration and insurance. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background screening. Position reports directly to Director of Client Services. Position is full time. Salary range: $ 30,000-35,000 depending upon education, experience, and qualifications. 2.) Case Manager: FRC, Family Support Intervention, WRAPAROUND Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in social work, psychology, human services, education, or related field, with 2 years intensive case management experience, social service delivery, program management. Excellent knowledge of local resources; computer literate with excellent writing skills. Job Description: Provide intensive case management and family support to a caseload of 20-25 cases at a time.
