Every president in roughly the past 120 years has used more. And, this president has used many of those he has to get around the blatant obstruction shown him. Republican obstructionism has brought our government to a halt and hurt American citizens. The House majority needs to do its job and work to pass legislation that will help our country. They shouldnt whine about our president doing what he can in the absence of their leadership. You dont have time to pass comprehensive immigration reform, raise the minimum raise, extend long-term unemployment benefits for those crippled by the economic downturn we are just emerging from, solidify Medicare, create jobs, tackle our aging infrastructure...BUT...you have time to sue the president?
