How are your teeth? Tooth and gum health can be a huge indicator - TopicsExpress

How are your teeth? Tooth and gum health can be a huge indicator of how your overall nutrition is going. Just had a check-up today after over a year of not visiting the dentist. Prior to that last visit, I had been told I had the start of a few cavities they wanted to watch and very sensitive teeth. I spent the past year improving nutrition with the big things being the removal of dairy and severely cutting back on sugar. What I added: more green veggies, sea salt, coconut oil, mineral drops in my water, wheatgrass in my smoothies and digestive enzymes with every meal. I also take Beet Flow to keep my bile flowing well for even better digestion. The result? The BEST dental checkup Ive ever had. The hygienist could not stop complimenting me on how good my teeth and gums looked. My cavities were gone (gone!), my gums did not bleed and there was no sensitivity to my teeth anymore. (Notice I was NOT getting any calcium from milk!). Most dentists will tell you theres no way to put enamel back on your teeth (or regrow tooth enamel to fill in cavities) - I disagree! Our bodies can rebuild just about anything when given the proper nutrition (vitamins and minerals). Those of you making these changes yourself - hang in there! Its worth every effort! - Mandy
