How do you say good by to a great friend. You moved in to the apartment the same time I moved into my house 7 years ago. Since then I never had a function you didnt help me prepare for, even some times you took it over. You always went over board in your ideas. I remember one night we said we were going to sit out in the back yard and watch a movie. You went to out and bought a load of p rock and spread it in the back yard, you cut down a tree and made stumps for the kids to sit on and you made a fire pit and we ended up roasting hotdogs and marsh mellow. Another time we were going to grill some chicken and I sent you and Anthon and Dwight to the store for coal. You came back with table and chairs and no coal. I will miss our spirited debates on religion and politics. I sat outside the other night and cried because I knew if you were here you would have been right there with me. I watched you passion for life wither away as you became frail and weak. I prayed that God would heal you. But in the end his will must be done and our done away with. I pray that God will give me the strength to come and see your body for the last time today. I will miss you greatly. You were more than a friend you were family. I LOVE you my brother. Sleep on Joey!
